​Online “Body Composition Changer” Program – 6 week $350 Includes the following:

  • Initial Consultation call 15 minutes to discuss goals etc.. to be booked on Calendly where time zones can be suited
  • 2 Weekly calls (3 all up including the consultation call)
  • Nutrition Plan for duration
  • Food plan change every 2 weeks (given on a Friday so you can shop and prepare meals for the upcoming week)
  • Weekly shopping list
  • Nutrition break down with Macro’s and calories (important for what stage of your journey you’re at ie: muscle build, fat shred
  • A1 training plan to suit your specific goals and journey
  • Program split into 2 phases
  • All exercises are by video with explanation or just explanation and set out to your plan
  • Before and after pics (taken by you the client and uploaded once prompted)
  • Measurements (taken by you the client and uploaded once prompted)
  • Weekly emails and responses ASAP (depending on time zone differences)
